bro above stat is not correct, I read 2-3 such cases allmost on daily basis in my state Punjab. Situation is much worse in Haryana and many other states. I can safely say 46+ is just my state's monthly number. Brutality shown here cant be matched anywhere in world, where else u can expect 10+2...
