    Oh, really!! Last time I checked, NPT was effective in 1970s, and MTCR was established in 1987. Trident D5 SLBM wasn't even operational in US until 1990, and UK didn't get their hands on it until 1994. So please explain to me how that was before MTCR and NPT came into existence?
