there are first 2 engines(flyable) in TEI to deliver in feb or march, they have not delivered yet. TAI demanded some extra test from tei so those test are ongoing . 2 years ago TEI delivered 2 engines for heli installation but they were just early iteration- nonmature engines.

well, i think not all systems -Main radar and rear radar not ready -E/O not ready -IRST not ready (probably) -missile warning system (probably) -helmet not ready -ew suit not ready (probably) etc but these are not a problem for first tests and flight.
