That, I do not know my friend.
Probably among the dozen or so Sabres that perished without exact serial number details:

Please find enclosed an article on the K-8 in Scramble (in separate parts).
There are a lot of assumptions (coloured red) but it is an overview of most information available in public sources, packed into one space.
According to the book "Mirage III/5/50 en service à l'étranger" (Mirage III/5/50 in foreign service - part 4 of the infamous Mirage book series), 53 airframes were acquired in 2004 followed by 26 more in 2005; totalling 79 and constituting all surviving airframes in Libya.
As a sidenote, these...
I thought this was a T-129 army helicopter thread?
Since that is essentially an AW129 Mangusta, a small but combat-proven helicopter, getting a lot of those would by no means be a bad choice.
I am afraid the original one does not exist anymore. However, there is one preserved painted to represent M.M.Alam's aircraft 52-5026 at Mianwali/PAF Base M.M.Alam.
Indeed, or even hold back hardware that is already paid for... all depending on the political climate in the USA. And that is rather unpredictable with the current administration in office... But the first three should already be in early stage of manufacturing by now.
In dire need, much is possible. But when an aircraft sits still for a while, major maintenance is needed. So it takes quite some resources to keep a fleet of obsolete aircraft potentially capable of resurrection. Besides, about half of the survivors is already preserved whereas others are decoys...
Still a way to go:
* Deliver remaining Block II aircraft (until mid-2018)
* Finalise Block III configuration (2017/18)
* Test and prepare Block III production (2018)
* Build and deliver Block III aircraft (from 2019)
* Upgrade Block I to Block III standard (2019/20) - or alternatively: sell...
Thanks Fledgingwings; yes I really enjoy tracking down those aircraft :-)
To make my research project more accessible to all, I have created a simple website with a Google Map including all locations I have found with preserved, stored or derelict aircraft.
Still cannot directly mail a link...
The one at Lohore Fortress is CL-13B 1670 while the one near Jinnah Hall is 1728.
The F-6 at Lawrence road is 1610 and it is in my F-6 list as 'China Chowk", where Lawrance road meets with Shahrah-Aiwan-e-Sanat-o-Tijarat road. On that latter road, just a couple of hundreds of yards away to the...
There is a stock there to provide many cities, schools and military facilities with their own aircraft monument!
Could it be a mix of different aircraft? I think I see both A-5 (with the camo-pattern) and F/FT-6 as well as a couple of Sabres in the mix. Boy, I would love to walk along that...
Four CeT206H were on their delivery flight early March flying into St.Johns-Newfoundland and onward to the Azores.
They have Cessna manufacturer's numbers T206-09244 to T206-09247 and were cancelled from the US civil aircraft register on 24 March.
By now, they should normally be in Pakistan...
Thanks Hell Hound, that is 10425. It is at the junction of the railway overpass x Manthar rd. At least since 2004.
By the way, these are the *70* F-6s I have in my list.
As you can see; some have FAKE painted serials or still unknown identities "...", mainly because they are in restricted...

I think there is some sort of monument / museum on the western perimeter of Lahore airport; just south of Yaadgar-e-Shahuda park.
It has Alouette III #1821 and also an A-5C and T-33! Anyone have some pictures of those please?
best regards,
Erwin
