It can do it, if it can make a wall high enough so that no one in this world would be able to climb given with all the available technology of the world. In a situation when the only way to make this wall impossible to be climbed is just by raising it high.:disagree:

There is no such thing called as hack proof. It would be harder but not impossible to hack. Making an anti-virus and hack proofing a system/website is just like raising a wall high so that intruders cannot pass through it easily. So, no matter how high a wall is raised it just makes it harder...

Just a correction there is no mainland to remote land or island relationship between regions of Pakistan. Pakistan is completely linked together geographically. Western part of the country might be less developed but its all one Mainland with a few small islands along the coastal line...
