they won't it is just a upper cream layer of reserved which is getting benefit over and over again..the people who are actually suffering by that I mean the people you see as working sweepers house maids, labourers and begging on railway stations are not .....if reservation is to be imposed it...

there is already free education, free books, 49% reservation in colleges ,reservation in getting jobs ......now you want to give them reservation in promotions as well .......:woot:

there is truth to it ...not all but a huge majority is bad and this is not a overstatement.....most of the failures in exams infact 90%+ generally belong to sc/st ....you would rarely see a reserved candidate in top 25% of the class ....and then again most of the non medicos are not familiar...
