Mirage 2000s are multirole aircraft - they are primarily used in the IAF as tactical strike platform but can engage in air combat as well.
MiG-29s on the other hand are developed as pure air superiority fighters. They are meant to provide air cover for up to 100 km behind enemy lines...
The name "Punjab" didn't even exist until the Mughal times. In Porus' time the region was called "Gandhara".
The modern Punjabi language didn't exist back then either. Modern Punjabi has a lot of Persian, Arab, and Turkish influence, which didn't exist in 300 B.C.E.
There is another thread on the Liberation of Goa:

Please go through that thread and educate yourself.
Portugal at the time was ruled by a fascist government. India tried many times to negotiate the peaceful...
The Greeks coined the term "India", not the British.
There is another thread which explains, in depth, the Greek perception of ancient India.

No one in India called themselves "Indians". The...
You have neutralized MKI? Smerch? T-90?
I don't wan't to get into a pissing contest about different weapons systems, but you need to recheck basic facts.
Pakistan would be much better off developing domestic industries, like India has begun to do, than rely on China or any other country...
Joint venture?
What component of the JF-17 is of Pakistani origin? The paint?
Pakistan is doing with the JF-17 what HAL has been doing since the 60s (assembling knocked-down kits).
That would be against China's interests...
China wants a neo-colonialist relationship with Pakistan, just like it does with other failed states around the world.
It's all nice that the Chinese are willing to provide Pakistan with whatever outdated weapons they want (getting F-7s in 2002, lol), but unless China opens a second front, it won't matter.
Any future Indo-Pak war will be concluded within a week. Two weeks at most. If Pakistan has to rely on...
You can choose to divide the subcontinent according to ethnicity if you wish, that's your choice. But I would prefer not to.
Modern-day India is a union of many different ethnicities, but our basic culture is still the same. I do not have to be a Punjabi to claim Porus, I can claim him...
Sino-Soviet Split was in 1969, not 1960. It such a basic fact of history that I expect every Chinese to know it.
It's ironic that you don't even know the basic history of the Cold War vis-a-vis Vietnam, yet tell others not to talk about things they don't know about.
I have no time to...
To lose a war means not being able to fullfil objectives.
China did not fulfil their objecives, Vietnam did. Therefore, China was defeated by Vietnam
It's sad that I have to explain the most basic principles of war to you.
Your right, Soviets didn't airlift, they used China's crappy railroad system instead :cheesy:
You really are a funny man.
CHINA STRONG CHINA INVINCIBRE SUPERPOWR
What exactly is your point? China helped Vietnam prior to the Sino-Soviet Split because it didn't want US presence near its border.
After the Sino-Soviet Split it was just the USSR helping Vietnam, which was apparently enough for Vietnam.
Believe it or not, airplanes existed by this time, and it was possible for the Soviets to airlift supplies into Vietnam. The VVS had the world's largest fleet of transport aircraft.
The majority of Vietnamese tanks, fighters, infantry weapons, SAMs, AAA, etc. were of Soviet origin...
So basically, you agree that China won't do anything to help Pakistan in an actual war?
What a long post to say that.
China is willing to fight India to the last Pakistani.
