yes you are right..... I looked up chahbahr (immediate competitor) on google earth/maps.......it is way more developed than gwadar but crowded too.....but the thing with gwadar is the DEEP SEA PORT.....so it gets a good edge :tup: plus...being empty gives an edge too...more space for...
