Hard to say mate though that is one of the factors, apparently one of the other factors is that Singapore is a multi organ transplant facility. That does provide an indicator the poor lady might need an organ transplant. We shall see. God bless.
Mount E is the best hospital so its a good choice, I do hope the doctors can do something to save her. Must be agonizing for her to face all that after the traumatic incident not to mention the flight here etc. Best wishes to her condition.

I too am highly skeptical, also the risk the prisoner would take just to send out a letter which may or may not be read are just too high to make it feasible. Also they had to assume it was for export to the US (which may not be the case) or a host of other issues.
