Good luck to your Soldiers!
I hope the "Road to Deliverance"(that is the name of the operation right?) isn't to long...
I know the terrain is extremely difficult in Waziristan, but it will still be an big advantage if - with the troop surge - NATO encircles the Taliban in the North and PakArmy...
Hi durch einen Wikipedia Artikel. War am lesen zum Afghanistan Krieg, dann Pakistan/Indien Konflikt und dann bin ich irgendwie hier gelandet.

Okay you are right, resource allocation and incentives is a role government can (and should) play just as a private company. But that has nothing to do with dictatorship. My point was that in a culture were somebody TELLS you what to do, science and technology will not flourish. That of course...
It is important to note that these are exceptions to the rule, illegal ones at that. Not the other way around.
Torture is always wrong and I do not condone it under any circumstances, neither does any western government (or society), except the previous one of the United States. Which is a...

I am not condoning the invasion or anything like that, but the CIA tried to assassinate Saddam many times and failed since he himself had been trained by them in the first Gulf War(with Iran), so that was not really an option. He had one of the best security teams with many doppelgangers etc...
