That remains to be seen as we havent had such a scenario yet. Closest precedent could be the Nuclear Deal. The US definitely keep their monetary concerns over everything else, but if they have a long-term vision they will know whose side to be on.
Again, not-so-fast bowlers have performed well in the sub-continent. Irfan Pathan being one of them. and Asif too against India in the last Indo-Pak series. I am not saying that Asif is slow. His pace is just enough to cause trouble to batsmen.
I think Asif's pace is ok. Agreed, he doesnt dowl in the high 140's anymore but he is a different sort of bowler. He is in the Glenn McGrath and Shaun Pollock mold and depends on movement, variety and bounce. I think he's doing just fine.
Yes, the colored area could be as big as Pakistan. But its giving you a general idea and not specifics. Marginally affected could even be as low as 1%-2%. The map doesnt show a complete picture. Urban and rural areas also differ in terms of Maoist influence with rural areas being more affected...
Oh come on. You wont be able to fool anyone with-the-Taliban-were actually-good-people crap. Stop justifying ISI's support to a medieval and extremist organization.
in my view, they are a close second to Steyn and Morkel. Simply because the SA pair have been tested in non-friendly pitches in the sub-continent and against a wider variety of opposition. Though Asif has performed well on sub-continent pitches, I am yet to see Aamer prove himself on dry tracks...
Point taken. I agree that India should allow Pak films as well. Actually I dint know Pak films were banned. Almost everybody I know in India has seen Khuda ke Liye but then again it could be via downloads.
But I do think that news channels should be banned. Simply because too much propaganda...
Banning bollywood movies may not help at all. I remember that bollywood was banned for sometime during Zia's rule and also sometime back. But I dont think its popularity decreased at all. The reason is cassettes and CDs. In today's world you just cant eliminate it by banning it from Pak cinemas...
Really? How can you forget those Awami Dalal Hindu Indian stooges? Aren't they proof of Indian influence in BD? Ask your BD mates and they will confirm that! :azn:
