There's no comparison. Israel practically admitted it was behind the attacks on Iranian scientists, and US officials have stated that Israel is using MEK to perform assassinations against the Iranian scientists.

While Mossad has been known to do such things, I think the far more obvious culprits are radical Islamic terrorist organizations that oppose the Iranian government.
I think the Imran Khan supporters have to be wary of the Obama "change we can believe" phenomenon. Shouldn't expect too much from him and end up letdown.
