Agreed. I know people who are involved in dealings of Alcoholic products, they get the licence on the name of Some Hindu or a Christian and then take the profit.

But non-Muslims can buy and do business of Alcoholic products in Pakistan. Then why Indians are whining about Secularity?

Alcohol is haram, its not gonna get legal in Pakistan InshaAllah.
