You're still Pakistani. It's just that census are conducted for practical reasons as far as country's planning and resource distribution is concerned. So counting people not living in the country for long periods skews those numbers. Census is not a certificate of nationality or patriotism.

India should be applauded here. For 5.5 billion dollars, they have nullified all their possible influence on Mongolia in future, while China got to effectively pull Mongolia out of any possible future orbit of India for a sum which is peanuts for them for what they got in return. Smart India.
Seems to me India is using all its cards against Pakistan in one go. They might not be left with much soon afterwards. Current Indian regime ain't that good with long term strategic planning.
