Just make sure they are not linked to terrorist or anti-state activities and send them to Afghanistan. No need to exaggerate anything. Just because they are refugees doesnt mean they are by default criminals. Just send them back.
Yes, you are right. It has to do with taste development and where you grew up. The mangoes, especially the kind I love in Pak, are sweet but not too sweet. And they are very fragrant. I found Alphonso to be too sweet because I'm more used to the other kinds.
Pakistan has skilled pool but it's outside the country now. To reap maximum benefits, Pakistan needs to make it an attractive option for that workforce to move back. Give them attractive packages. Use programs to transfer their skills to others in Pak.

It's got nothing to do with India. The writer of the article compared Pak with India. Most of us are just happy that something positive is published about our country. It could have been compared to any comparable country, and it would have been as good.
