Sorry, I m using mobile right now n i didn't magnified it earlier too. Besides as @gslv M3 said these trains don't need locomotives, so yes these r same Metro Coaches which r mafuctured by Bombardier at Varoda. Maybe due to high demand they r also importing some trains from China too.

Although Bambardier has provided 600+ Coaches for Delhi Metro but i think the Engines r provided by some other company. N yes they look similar to the engine in the pic above.

FYI Delhi Metro Coaches r manufactured at Bombardia's Varoda, Gujarat factory n not imported from China. Besides BEML also manufactures Metro Coaches at Banglore. Its only the engines which r currently being imported.

The main point is infliation as per the article they want increase the prices from the current level of PKR 1200/40kg to PKR 1000/20kg thats like almost double n will lead to a ban on exports unless the prices r stabilized.
