Su-25s are already cheap enough for Air Force not to bother with post soviet countries filled with spare parts, and nearly thousand Su-25s have been built in Georgia, only couple hundreds kms away from Azerbaijan. Acquiring such CAS aircraft would create a more logistical problem for the air force.
Any source on the LTR-25?

Lmao, I don't know whats funnier, your tiny brain thinking a country like Iran cares about collateral damage, specially in a designated hideout in a middle of nowhere, or you thinking there is any consideration of collateral damage when using a ballistic missile.
Even if the warhead is two times smaller, there would be a lot more damage you clueless ape, now take your own advice and stop wasting thread space you total moron.
thick concrete? Lol, why don't you go ask a structural engineer how "thick" concrete will fare against a 3 ton ballistic missile with 650kg warhead traveling at extreme speed.
LOL
you think a ballistic missile with a 650kg warhead is doing only that little damage to the building?
the damage was most likely done by an armed drone, as the damage coincides with the warhead size of missiles they carry.
here you go , and I haven't heard anything about ammunition co-operation
