Well by the euros own logic, civilians are responsible for their government's actions. They should simply overthrow their government if they don't want to be bombed.
Saw a clip on telegram of some Ukrainian official saying the Russians shot them all down "in a week." He also reportedly says they are very vulnerable to air defenses but I can't speak Russian or Ukrainian or whatever so I'm relying on the caption.
They've shown Orion launching Kornets but it's unclear if that's in service. And we know Russians got Mobajer 6 but it's unclear if they got Almas or only Qaem with them. Those would be the main 2 candidates I suppose.
Because Iran is not part of the war. Russians can buy our drones and do whatever they want with them including using them against the Ukraine if they so choose but Iran is not involved in this conflict. Instructors may be training Russians but why would you send them to internationally...
For comparison:

Well Mohajer 6 was sold to Ethiopia before Russia, I'm sure they have considered the possibility of losing them. If they were so worried about losing them it wouldn't be offered for export.
Albania is a NATO member so unlikely any action can be taken against MEK while they are hosted there. Best option is to arm Serbia; Iran could set up a drone factory there like it did for Russia.
