    Russia, China and India will never support any UN resolutions or sanctions on Myanmar. Each have invested too much in Myanmar. For China, Myanmar is a route to Bay of Bengal. For India, Myanmar is the route to East Asia and South China Sea. Both are investing billions in Myanmar.
