It's a Mirage IIIRP from the first batch bought in 1967 and the thing infront of the Doppler navigation is the reconnaissance camera. The particular aircraft is from 15 squadron and they don't hav any aircraft with FLIR's installed.

Dear the PW 100 only powered early F.15's, all F.16s delivered to us were powered by PW 200 engines. Starting from late 90's all the engines were upgraded to PW220E standard and it happened before the F.16's were upgraded to MLU standard. For reference kindly read this article from F-16.net...

Initially all F.16s came with F100-PW 200 engine but it was later on upgraded to PW220 so now all block 15's including the ADF's have PW220 installed.
