Russia imported the HUD's form the france(wide angled ones),it imports lot of machinery used for fabrication from the germans,right now the helicopter engines are made in ukraine and russia has not been able to fully develop them after their war.

Dosent make any sense. Airforce has approved tejas mk1 and just stated they hope mk1a and 2 will bring more improvements. This is clear for IAF chief's statements. Neither tejas,nor jf-17 are frontline aircrafts but small multirole jets.Its obvious u cannot compare these to f-16,su-30,rafale etc.
