The Z-10 is an underpowered platform with compromised armor additions, lack of a MMW radar, light weapons payload, and worse high altitude performance compared to even the LCH.
Keep in mind that even the Pakistani Army found the Z-10 to be subpar to their minimum requirements.
The Rafale is superior to the J-11A/B, J-10A, Su-27SK/UBK, Su-30MKK/MK2, JH-7/A, and older PLAAF fighters. The only Chinese assets capable of holding their own against the Rafale are the J-10C, J-16, J-15B, J-20, and maybe (just maybe) the J-11BD.
Rafales, Su-30MKIs, and their air-launched cruise missiles will make short work of the J-11s and H-6s at Hotan. IAF brass probably already knows that J-11s have no air-to-surface capability and that the H-6s will be detected by the Rafale's AESA radar as soon as they take off.

Good to see some fresh perspective in a sea of lies and gaslighting.
The IA is a seasoned force, although it would be to the favor of both nations to de-escalate in an incremental but steady fashion henceforth.
The latest bit is that the warning shots actually came from the PLA and that the IA is standing down at the moment so as not to further escalate the situation.
It is safe to say that nobody really knows what is happening amidst the fog of this skirmish.
LOL there is little sophistry in this when even you guys admit so. The Liaoning and Shandong have little combat capability at this point and any purpose they serve is token at best.
China is known to have been both fascinated and shaken by the outcomes of the Gulf War.
It seems that this psychological inclination might've passed on to its forum members as well. :-)
So, if we remove all the pomp and posturing from what you've written, we're still in agreement - albeit tacitly - that the two vessels are merely training carriers with little to no combat capability at this point, right?
Glad we're on the same page.
Let's face it; they're training vessels hailing from a bygone Soviet era and that are being run with an insufficient airwing and inexperienced crew.
Granted, it's an important step for the Chinese, but to view them as a combat threat to US forces is a joke.
In other words, news from either side should be taken with a healthy dose of salt unless there is direct photographic or satellite evidence thereof.
What else is new.
Both sides are slinging crap in the form of exaggerated or outright false news and chauvinism, but this thread seems to be a major attraction for Chinese members.
I see that your inference of my nationality is about as accurate as those Weibo rumors that Chinese members are led to believe.
Anyways, 98% of this "war" is being fought online with fake news and groundless rumors from both sides.
