There's actually so much chatter about the Block 3 getting WS13E eventually, specially after its most recent certification on the type, that I will not be surprised if this happens for real. I'd not go by the above-mentioned sheet. If Pak does switch engines, it'll opt for WS-13E, not RD-93MA.

There’s definitely chatter on use of WS-13E on Block 3. I believe CATIC recently certified the engine on one of the prototypes too. The 10Cs will be coming with a Chinese engine too, so I won’t be surprised if we eventually see the same switchover for JF program too. At least for Block 3s.
