Except it's not. Dual Pulse motor, Missile has a larger diameter than Igla and the seeker was designed and built by RCI Hyderabad. Control surfaces location is different compared to Igla, the launcher is also quite different. And a homegrown Grinch for sure is better than buying from Russia...
