yes it does fall under close proximity and both routes are used.... directly from Zahedan and through Afghanistan...... those settled in Zahedan launch attacks in this area and flee the scene going back to their homes..... down south most of them are settled in Pasni, Chabahar area and launch...

Nushki is prone to attacks from Afghan based groups aswell as Iran due to close proximity with Zahedan. A large chunk of militants are settled in there as well
