Guys India provide much more food subisdy than Bangladesh. Why would BD government provide "Sovereign Guarantee" to a foreign investor? If they provide that to any BD local company, then those companies will have no problem in arranging money whatsover. I dont see any reason for govt to do that even to a BD company. Lets say Sahara took 16 billion...

Its like government becomes your gurantor, if you fail to pay off your loans. In this case, if Shahara lend money from any bank for this project and they fail to pay back then GOB has to pay back.

Its a no go project bro. You think your government will entertain a private company for 16 billion dollar sovereign guarantee?? This kind of scam only possible in sub saharan africa but only if their gurantee is honored by western financial institution.
