Irrelevant title. The matter in the article no where suggests anything to this effect. The only thing it suggests (rather reflects) is the mindset of our enemy. Keep trying suckers and keep failing. Pakistan is on the path of progression and development.

Pakistan already "is" a wealthy country. The problem which has been and is being overcome, is accessing and using those assets. Utilisation of these assets will make Pakistan rich.

Those amongst us who know a thing or two about "planning and managing growth" from an economics and financial management perspective will acknowledge and agree that when simultaneously you have "high yielding assets" in the making, you consciously increase your debt exposure to fuel that growth...
