Aye! Err... not exactly. PTCL has direct peering with Valve in SGP (equinix) and latency from Karachi hovers around 70-80ms (on core link) and PTCL also has direct peering to Valve's Europe west cluster in Luxembourg via AMS-IX and latency is around ~120-130ms from Karachi (on core link)...
