its not that cold its arround 26 degree C here at my place, south is basically a tropical place so the climate varies between 22 to 40 degrees around the year.

in the south the trend has changed, now most people can afford for a liquor bottle so its not freebies like TV, MIXIE, etc that is buying votes and offcourse cash. Despite the tireless eforts of the EC some way or the others the local parties in TN are finding ways to buy votes for cash.
