  • Though I'm a big fan of PAF and Pak Army but whether I have a degree or just A Levels, I think sifarish counts more in PAF so I think I shouldn't even bother trying to get in PAF, I might try to get into USAF..
    Thanks!
Can you please tell which one is more preferred/has higher priority in PAF's GDP, graduate from a university from abroad or a person who has done only A Levels from Pakistan?
I have both options and would like to take a suggestion.
    Thanks.
CSS! I'm impressed. I was thinking of doing that, just to make my parents happy. For sure I would have failed the "Subcontinent History" portion of CSS, I know very, very little about pre-partition Indian history. Apart from that, in Current Affairs and other stuff, I can kill CSS's father.

For information about the Canadian Forces, go to their website, it is very, very good (unlike the broken up PAF/ISSB websites).

If you log on during daytime hours (9 to 5 on Weekdays), you can have a live chat with a recruiter. You won't have to spend days and days contacting them, you can just ask your question directly. That's how I contacted them at first. CF recruiters are a lot more professional than PAF recruiters, I am sorry to say. Other than that, let me know if you have any specific questions for CF, and I ask for you.
So what's the status with your Air Force career plan, if you don't mind me asking. I recently contacted Canadian Forces, they say I should come in for an application. I'll wait until I graduate to make a decision. What about yourself? still studying?
