I am a Computer Science guy, previously I completed MS CS but due to downturn and recession I have to start second MS, in my present univ I can do MS EM with half courses from Computer Science and they don't allow second MS in same area.
Plus my EM is of Software side like Project Mgmt, New Product Dev etc and as far as I remember in my previous univ the EM side was of Supply Mgmt. so it depends what you want to do in EM.
For Ranking purpose I suggest you to check USNews.
