Seriously I dont understand, how he has not managed to be banned, the worse thing is, unlike other posters who get banned for life for that comment, he is still posting (I think).

Is there a bug/defect in the system, because I have checked, that is, being a Freshy I am able to post in any sub-forum here, which voids the seniority status regarding post counts and certain privileges.
