I have no adblockers because i reinstalled browsers after problem.

Post the screenshot, not sure why you have such issue.

None of that working.

Dump the cookies, clear history... and stick to chrome.

Anytime i type anything,a skyblue bar with red letterbox appears on bottom of screen and all writing appear there.

Have changed browsers and clear cache,no help.
