It most probably ain't, this medium regiment seems to be judging soil is Punjab(wet clay-loam)

The area, soil, vegetation, surroundings etc suggest it aint Pak Afghan border esp on one fact that its damn cold out there and the soldiers are in summer uniform. Seems a video from somewhere in Potohar region to me.
