Yes my neighbors have both cats and a dog and they are good friends. While my dog lurk in the corners to have a chance against those cats.

I only cage their little one,s for a while before releasing them its not permanent

May happen but yet to hear about such incidents . The best is to raise them together from day 1. If raised at later times , Cat can hurt the birds .

He don't do that under my watch. Else only god knows what he does in his free time cause he always has that funny dog smile on his face for no reason at all.
