Well sir Delhi with only Delhiites and Mumbai with Mumbaikars will not be crime free , will have less crime rate but not crime free so its not that smart to back the actions of Shiv Sena on this issue (one should always asses the risk and the reward involved before making such decisions). Sir you are backing something which restricts movement of Indians inside India and its a serious issue with both you and all those migrants in todays India where people are rising faster than Cities.
