Well said. Afghanistan worked well. Now we must give the other Indian ally on our west the same treatment. We cannot allow Indian assets placed permanently on our immediate western border just a few kilometers away. If we passively accept it we must live with it for life. Iran still does not have the nuclear weapon. I say its now or never.

NORTH: They entered Tajikistan and built their base there.
SOUTH:They setup their listening stations in Oman.
WEST:Now they are Irans best friends, building a strategic port.
EAST:These barbarians are sitting right there.

Specially it's neighbouring nation with which it has no conflict of any sort.. Infact our relations are getting better with Iran.. Joint military drills,Gas pipeline,regional rail link (Pak-Iran - Turkey), refinery in Gwadar,CPEC.. Etc.

@DESERT FIGHTER have you heard of Indian listening post in Ras al-Hadd, Oman? The more we sit quietly the more the fox on our east will jump in glee.

Strong economy is complimented by strong military...these are long term games..first you should build a strong high tech self reliant economy, a massive defense industry, pack enough offensive punch to deny facilities to your enemy and also destroy them in one swift strike..then only dialogue and negations will be usefull..
