China hails India’s presence at World War II events

Further humiliation for china.Even after India refused to send military contingent for fake parade and to share stage with insignificant countries.

Today's India would support Japan over China. Which make sense as India and China are not friends. India is becoming more pro western. While China is drawing closer toward Russia.

Hindus supported Facism while Muslims were anti-Facist. Hindustan should not have attended our victory parade.

So the Hindu sided with German and Japan? If that is the case, I'm happy that India was under the British rule. India was doing better under British anyway.

And now "Hindus" are topic of discussion, what is this if not a clear attempt to troll?

@Oscar since you are here.....

Wasn't India a British colony? Didn't India request independence from the British and they granted to India.

British rule of India was like an alliance of many Indian Kingdoms but British Viceroys always saw resistance from all quarters. List is too long and in reality British has always faced resistance always.

India has send V.K Singh keeping in mind its evolving relations with Tokyo and the anti-Japanese sentiment that is said to be the driving force behind Beijing staging a massive military parade.

India is making the right decision, siding with the free world instead of the aggressive, fascist ccp state that invaded and stole their land.

Russia is a sinking ship. If the ccp nazis want to jump on a sinking ship, its their choice. :enjoy:

Australia leaders have even talked about the Chinese growing military involvement in the region.

Australia highlights India's crucial role against China, South China Sea militarisation
The minister stressed that Australia is well aware India's "critical role" in promoting prosperity and stability in the Indian Ocean region, which include wider global order. The Australian Minister has also previously proposed strengthening defence ties with "key strategic partner" India as well as quadrilateral naval exercise with the US and Japan.

Furthermore, Andrews claimed that Australia supports practical implementation of commitments based on the Declaration on Conduct of the Parties in the South China Sea. He further proposed having a Code of Conduct governing the South China Sea.

United states knows how to protect its Non NATO allies and working to defend the soveriginity of those nations.

NATO member states are more concerned about mainland Europe but they doesnt want to see the bigger picture.

Was your story any different?

We fought for our independence. We got some French help but did most of fighting. We did not beg the British to grant us freedom. Real men earn their freedom, not beg for it.

Do you think that Quit India Movement/Azad Hind Fauj was begging ?? o_O

It was a direct demand of Indian masses.

Didn't subhas bose fight for indian freedom during ww2 and the indians did revolt in 1857?

In stark contrast, china surrendered to japan without a fight but now hold a fake "victory" parade:rofl::omghaha:

Thanks for the feedback. But how should I reply to a member like Luca1 (aka faithfulguy) is still my prerogative, if the concerned member or anyone else doesn't like it, then the person is free to report that post or take up the matter with moderators or admins, or in GHQ, but that person cannot repeatedly try to dictate me how should I respond to a particular member.

Btw, I still consider that trying to reason with @Luca1 is futile, because logical discussion is not his objective in threads related to India. Most likely you also know that.
Neither are you. Its better you report or agree to disagree and move on. If you dont like being replied to by a particular member.use the ignore option. But insulting them or engaging in flaming is a surefire way to get a warning.

When this troll cannot counter a fact, he resort to personal attacks.
