ISI has arrested a Police Constable of Punjab Police who was working for RAW. His name is Muhammad Ilyas but also known as Pervaiz. He has illegally visited India around 20 times. Some maps of important buildings and other important and sensitive documents recovered from him. More details are awaited .

The thing is he as Pakistani citiizen is Police Constable from Punjab according to OP post.
