hay guys, I work in TATA, & TATAs have various projects in pipeline for defence.
VIPER class vehicle for TATAs is based on Sumo platform vhile for Mahindras its a JV with some forgin partner, looks very similar to Viper.
recently Mumbai police bought some of mahindre armared vehicles after 26/11. while a lot of TATA armared vehicles were sold to Jharkhand state for the anti naxel operations.
even we have designed similar vehicle as LAWV.
