I have seen the construction when i was going to Istanbul on the highway last month, still a lot of work to do but the construction seems to go on fast, the connection to highway on Izmit side was almost finished.

A few days back minister said it will be opened in 2015 December... In 2015 June people will be able to pass the bridge on foot...

Also that bridge means $650 million saving per year...

Also İzmir-İstanbul takes about 9 hours currently with this bridge and highway it will take 3,5 hours only...

Our president's residence should be impressive too. They can make Çankaya residence museum or something like that.

That is the last thing I care about, since we are living in heaven like country, a big *** palace was the only thing we needed.

They could renovate Çankaya, or build something more humbler but elegant looking. This is simply for the ego boost of Tayyip, nothing else. Worst part is they built it in AOÇ, like there was not other place, Ankara is surrounded by vast plain, just choose an appropiate place, build it and make the surrounding area green, this would certainly get my approval.

They work so hard to destroy whatever green is left in the country, they think few trees at the roadside are enough, I still feel frustruated when I see the stone mines in mountains of Antalya, you can never get a mountain view like you can do in european countries, always a f.cking mine in the sight, they rape and leave it like that, entire hills, thousands of trees.
