Perhaps they were. Who knows? Perhaps they decided that your formidable airforce and army wasn't worth taking on over a suspicion? Perhaps your protector Uncle Sam warned them against such a mission? Truth be told I don't really know

1. Pakistan nuclear program was beyond suspicion- it was a Fact- only fools would have lived in suspicion and let it happen- guess what you let it happen-
2. Uncle Sam was blind for a while i guess- Uncle Sam didn't bother that this soon to become all popular "Muslim Nuke" will be and can be a direct or indirect threat to its Baby "Israel"-
3. Israel was sleeping over a possibility of another "Islamic Bomb"- (read:Operation Opera) maybe they relied too much on you and you as usual miserably failed-
4. Truth be told if others willing to listen. We are a nuclear State and this capability was not given to us generously by west, we fought for it-
