Don't worry - there is no rush for India - in a decade or two the joke will be on UNSC if it fails to include India as India is bound to grow (inspite of its leaders) and reach a level where it will be obvious such that UNSC would lose its credibility without the inclusion of India - the only question is by how much percentage per year and that is why I say a decade or two. (if reforms are introduced it will be quick else at a slower growth rate)

Population is nothing but representation....., A country who has more people to represent and has the economy and power should be included in UNSC. UNSC is a representative of this world.

I agree a country from Africa and Latin America must also be included in UNSC.
