Chairman of WAPDA, Lt. General Sajjad Ghani (R) has ordered that his portrait should be displayed along with picture of Quaid in each of WAPDA office and projects.

There is no tradition is Pakistan to hang portrait of a government employee in the office. This is going to be a first one.
