With most Afghan rural districts in Taliban hands, the focus is now shifting towards the bigger cities. As in the past, the fall of the Big cities will not be that easy. It will require a lot of manpower, logistics, intelligence and weapons. So far the Taliban has been very successful in capturing scores of US hardware needed for the final push. In the past Tanks played a pivotal part in the fall of the major cities. Recently the Taliban have started to use Tanks, Artillery and Armoured vehicles as they push closer and closer towards the complete victory.

The Taliban is a part creation of Western governments who all these years were fighting the Taliban half-heartedly. Remember that the Westerners had no problem with the Talibs until the Talibs gave refuge to OBL.

Currently, the NATO forces left Afghanistan knowing fully that Taliban will either be a major part of the next government or will be exclusively the next government. Western governments are no well-wishers of the Afghan populace.

Also, about the Syria war, the US air force was ferrying Taliban to the battlefields of Syria to fight against the Syrian forces.

Surely does put fear into the OPPONENTS.

Indeed, for those opponents are women and progressive people generally.
