They usually do its only those with literally no documents and no proof of when they entered the country who cant get citizenship. Still people in that situation could usually bribe their way through the process, I dont think its much different today.

For 40 years, and counting, we gave up to 5 million Afghan refugees, an open house to live, work and go where they want, plus put money in developing their country, and they are still ungrateful.

So at 03.27 it's still evil Pakistan's fault, when she's being treated like a doormat by India. It's Pakistan's fault that Afghanistan is a mess, not the fault of their leaders who sold it to the Soviets beginning the chain of events to what we see today.
This is why people are just pi$$ed off to the teeth when you hear such rubbish.

2.5 million? Please make it at least 5.5 million. Pakistan IS FULL and bursting at the seams with Afghans. They are EVERYWHERE in Pakistan. Even in the smallest and remotest villages of Sindh and Punjab. That wasn't the case some 10 years ago. We the Pakistani people are being demographically replaced.
