Though, on second look - the rotors actually match the original ATAK-II mock-up but the rotation of the blades is flipped.

So, could very well be a ATAK-II revised mock-up as was suggested by @Deino

What is the status of engines for Pakistani order of T 129

There is no new development. We will grant export permission for the US engine or wait for the TS-1400 engine to become operational. Or Pakistan will cancel the tender and buy an attack helicopter from China.
