First, thanks for taking it lightly, Sir.
Second, I don't think that our first lady has anything to do with this appointment but if she really is behind this, we will get to know this in coming days because media is going to bash PTI more aggressively and if they get any clue that our 1st lady is behind this appointment then believe me sir, it's not going to be an easy job for PTI/IK to counter this 'blunder'.

I would say,
Pinki is not real PM, but her designation is above the PM. PM can take his own decisions but can't decide against Pinki's decision.
