It is a milestone and ground breaking development that launched two indigenously manufactured satellites into orbit using a Chinese Long March 2C rocket. It is the first optical remote sensing satellite of Pakistan and will be used for land and resources surveying, monitoring of natural disasters, agriculture research, and urban construction and providing remote sensing information for the Belt and Road region. Pakistan’s space program is far better than that of India. The satellite, which has a designed life of seven years, is equipped with two panchromatic/multispectral cameras, with a resolution up to a meter and a coverage range of 60 km.

As far as I remember Pakistan was/is officially a part of allied pacts.
India is still quite non-aligned. Actually, they follow their self serving agenda, which is perfect.

If a lie saves someones life, we should forgive them.

Majority of people dont know the truth, but will for sure align with happiness and would attach pride in achievements and thats how you roll the wheel of attracting young and bright minds towards it.

People from sub continent are very emotional and a ruler who can play on emotions can change nations destiny. NAMO is prime example at this point of time.

And what is wrong in that? Isn't looking for the best interest of the country the name of the game for the rulers? Why do Pakistani seek worthless things like shame and honor in the international politics?

The fact remains : India was not allied to anyone and mostly not allied to anyone even today. USSR helped India against USA for their own agenda which was enshrined in the treaty signed by USSR with Late Indra Gandhi government. Infact what you call 'without shame' is the very non-alignment at work.

"White lies" are indeed preferable to "harming truths". But what is the harming truth here? I don't know how someone's life will be in jeopardy with Pakistan reports that it bought a remote sensing satellite from China.

Claiming your "non aligned" does not make you so. Nobody is really "non aligned" other than Iran or North Korea. Everybody else has pulls and orbits.

Non-Aligned does not mean one should not do transactions with major powers. Its just no long term strategic collusion: like you have with China now. If the interests meet, India works together with any country or bloc. India learnt it well by observing how USA left their number one ally Pakistan high and dry in '65 and later in '98. Hence, India buys transport planes from USA, non-frontliner fighter's engine from USA, topline fighters from france but strategic airspace-defense from Russia.
