WOT war memorial with names of victims and solders

i am thinking on an idea. can we make a war memorial with having war muesium and and walls wich have names all of those whom give thier lives in WOT ? it will also been goon to show the world what we have lost in this war?. we can name a day like today 16 december every year for victims day and having a day for poor souls ?

Thereally are several already built in cantonments across the country, they usually have names of the soldiers from the formation the cantonment fall under. I have personally seen one in Peshawar Garrison Recreational Centre.
